It is a the most rare and complex congenital heart diesease you can have. I actually purchased the ironically named book called the Complete Guide to Congenital Heart Diesease and Logan's condition wasn't even in there. It is actually more acurrately a whole body diesease affecting most organs in your body. It is very confusing and hard to understand I will try to explain what this diesease is in a very simplified way and then give you the exact list of what Logan's diagnosis is.

A little background first, every organ in our body is associated with either the left or the right side of our body. Strangely enough most our organs are associated with the right side the spleen being the organ associated with the left side. Logan has right sided isomerism (some babies have left sided isomerism) which means that sometime very early in pregnancy when the fetus is splitting into the right and left sides of the body something went wrong or more technically speaking there was an 'inability of the complex asymmetrical connections to develop correctly.' So, Logan body cavity has only a right side and no left side. That means the stomach and liver are midline (down the middle not on one side or the other) he has no spleen, and only the right half of a heart.
